Red Eye Marketing collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, support active client relationships, and operate our website and communication systems.
Information We Collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, business details, and message content when you submit a form, email us, call us, text us, or work with us directly. If you opt into SMS, we also retain consent records such as the date, time, source page, consent language, and phone number used for opt-in.
We may collect basic website analytics through privacy-focused analytics tools, including pages visited, referrer, device/browser type, and approximate region. We use this information in aggregate to understand site performance and improve the website.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, communicate about services, provide customer care, coordinate project work, maintain compliance records, and improve our website and operations. We may use internal workflow automation and AI-assisted tools to help route, draft, summarize, or respond to communications, but we remain responsible for how those tools are used.
SMS Communications
If you opt into SMS communications from Red Eye Marketing, messages may be sent from 406-420-6667 or another Red Eye Marketing number. SMS messages are used for account notifications, service updates, inquiry follow-up, and customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. You can get help by replying HELP, emailing admin@redeyesocial.com, or calling 406-403-8109.
No Sale or Marketing Sharing
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information or mobile phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing.
Service Providers
We use trusted service providers to operate our business, including Twilio for SMS delivery, Google Workspace for email and business communications, Umami for website analytics, and n8n for workflow automation. These providers process information only as needed to provide services to us or as required by law.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect our forms from spam and abuse. Turnstile may process limited device, browser, and interaction data to verify that a visitor is human. Cloudflare processes this data according to its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Retention and Security
We retain inquiry records and communication history as needed for business, legal, compliance, and security purposes. SMS consent and opt-out records may be retained for at least four years or longer if required to demonstrate compliance. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, access controls, and limited internal access.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for legal, compliance, fraud prevention, security, or legitimate business purposes.
